Overnight Lettuce Salad

1 Medium head iceberg lettuce, washed and chopped

1/2 Cup diced red onion

1 Cup celery, sliced

1 Cup frozen peas, defrosted

1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 lb bacon, fried, and crumbled

DRESSING

1 Cup real mayo

1 Tbsp. granulated sugar

LET’S MAKE IT-

In a salad bowl, trifle bowl, or 9x13 pan, add the chopped lettuce. Next add the red onion, then the celery, and finish with the peas. In a small bowl combine the mayo and sugar. Add the dressing to the top of the salad. Finish with cheese and bacon. Cover with plastic wrap and store in fridge overnight. Toss the salad before serving. Enjoy!
